The Center for Transnational Commercial Law, NLU Delhi, supported by IBBI and UNCITRAL RCAP, in collaboration with INSOL India, is organizing the International Insolvency and Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition 2021-22. The inaugural edition of the competition was held on 28-29 October 2017 at NLU Delhi.
The theme for the 2021-2022 edition is “Cross-border insolvency”. Shortlisting of teams will be based on the quality of submissions. The shortlisted teams will present oral arguments on the merits in front of industry experts acting as judges.
The competition will take place on a virtual platform, due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation. Should circumstances improve and applicable government regulations change, the decision will be communicated to participants.
